 OCaml 4.02.3 has been released, a bugfix release.  I need to rebuild every
 OCaml package in Rawhide (only).  There are about 70 of them.  Since a
 fuss was created last time I did this, I am requesting a side tag be
 created:

 https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Adding_Side_Build_Targets_SOP

 (I can't do it myself - it says I need admin privs)

 We are done.  Please move the f24-ocaml packages to rawhide and close the
 f24-ocaml target.

 The only packages which didn't rebuild were:

 - ocaml-camlp5: requires changes upstream to cope with 4.02.3
 - ocaml-camlimages: broken, just broken
 - js-of-ocaml: waiting on package review for new dependency

 There were a few packages that didn't get rebuilt which I didn't notice
 first time.  They all didn't rebuild because they depend on ocaml-camlp5
 (either directly or transitively):

 * frama-c
 * coq
 * gappalib-coq
 * why

 I have asked the camlp5 upstream maintainer if he can come up with a patch
 for OCaml 4.02.3, and then I'll be able to rebuild those.
