@kevin asked for these flatpaks to be ready for inclusion in the RC.  Both will be
available (once the updates finish pushing to stable), but I need *somebody* to say which
one goes in the image.

okay, I think we're gonna try an RC with snapshot (with portal disabled in the RPM
build, but obviously we don't want that in the flatpak build). so we should merge this
as-is. :thumbsup:
