If there is no multilib debuginfo then please remove the multilib binary packages.
How to bugreport problem in multilib binary? debuginfo packages are there for some purpose.
Or provide URL for the other-arch debuginfos in standard yum.repos.d definitions.

Debuginfo paths are not architecture specific. Attempting to install multilib debuginfo *will* lead to rpm conflicts.
Until that is solved in the debuginfo infrastructure, there is not much rel-eng can do.
