As per the ticket https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=759818 would
 it be possible for me to be the assigned owner of the buffer package for
 the master branch and epel ones ?

There is only a Rawhide branch in pkdb, therefore I unblocked it only
 there. If you request EPEL branches, they should work without unblocking,
 If you need other Fedora branches, please re-open this ticket after your
 requested them via pkdb. Sorry for the delay.
