While testing Fedora Server 21 Alpha TC4, I discovered that several expected packages were not installed by default and thus made management by Cockpit difficult (particularly joining a domain).
The first patch adds PackageKit to the headless-management group, as it is a dependency for both Cockpit and OpenLMI to be able to manage packages on the system.
The second patch adds several important packages for allowing enrollment as a client in a FreeIPA or Active Directory domain.
