SLAPI_REQUESTOR_ISROOT for extop plugins

Hi all,

I have noticed recently that for extop plugins the
SLAPI_REQUESTOR_ISROOT parameter is never set.
Is that intended behaviour?

Looks like you're right, don't know if it was intended, but wouldn't 
think so. Can you open a ticktet if you want to get it fixed ?
