You must delete the successful build:
https://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/patternfly/patternfly1/build/70227/
and then you can submit another build.
So that one is 1.1.3, and I'm trying to build 1.1.2. Looks like that's not
possible without deleting 1.1.3 first?
Not a big deal -- we can live without 1.1.2.

Or you can bump up release. This is the recommended practice.
