[Embajadores-fedora-latam] Namespace for FLISOL

Hi everyone,
at  Brazil we are using this namespace for the FLISOL in our country,
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraEvents/FLISOL/FLISOL2017/Brasil/

just one wiki sections with specific data for other states.

Can we follow this pattern for other countries that will host this event this year?

Just swap Brasil with your country name and create only an wiki for entire country.
