As I understand, category 3 would be running on communityshift, so actually it would run on fedora infra, but not developed nor owned by CPE

Good Morning Everyone,
As you may remember from [1] the CPE team has started categorizing
its applications into the following categories:
- We maintain it, we run it
- We don’t maintain it, we run it
- We don’t maintain it, we don’t run it
- We turn it off
In this process we picked the following four applications that we
want to move from the first category to the third:
- elections [2]
- fedocal
- nuancier
- badges
If someone were willing to manage something like badges, could it not stay in fedora infra? i.e. the 2nd category?
