Can I get +1s for the following patch to allow the new Red Hat Brno IP to sync from tier0 mirrors for QA purposes?

Are the old IPs still valid?
+1 regardless, we can always clean post-freeze if needed/desired.

The old ips are not valid and I believe are owned by someone else now.
