[PATCH] Add alias to give me email matching irc nick and blacklist it as FAS user per nb

Attached is my patch to map my @fp.o email to the user matching my irc nick
per nb. I cannot push to master as I am still an apprentice. If someone
could apply this I would appreciate it.
