FBR: update mirror ip addresses for kernel.org

Hi All,

We have had a request from the people at mirrors.kernel.org to update their
IP address: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/10598

This PR should take care of it
https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/pull-request/1010

I would also need to run the download playbook to apply the change.

+1 this is needed for release as kernel.org is a major offloader.
