Not sure if this is the correct list but getting errors trying to do yum updates

Getting 403 forbidden when talking to dl.fedoraproject.org at this IP address:
38.145.60.23
HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden

the other two IP addresses seem fine: 38.145.60.22 38.145.60.24

Are you perhaps trying to install
/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm ?

I see there was some kind of apache issue there.
I reloaded httpd and it seems to have fixed it. 

If it was not that, can you provide more info?
