I am sending it to the fedora infrastructure list. I can confirm the
error. metalink still seems to work; mirrorlist not.

Problem to get mirror from epel 6 & 7

Some other folks on the #epel channel noticed something too... but I am
not sure what happened. 

There was a push that finished a bit before then, but nothing out of
the ordinary about that. :(
