There were some major network issues today.  I'm not sure the specifics
yet but the various teams in charge of those services are aware and
working on it.

I've seen these happening periodically (downtimes of about 2 minutes
each) since the Bugzilla was upgraded last week.

Could be unrelated to the network stuff today then.  I'll send a ticket.

Ok, here's the scoop.  They are seeing the same thing and its a multi-team
effort to try to fix it.  I'm not sure about the specifics but they are
aware and working on it.
