livecd-iso-to-disk as its name maybe implies is for livecds. The
installer images aren't livecds. Trying to support them here is the
wrong answer. It's already bad enough spaghetti shell code.
I think we already discussed this some time ago: this patch embeds the
knowledge about Anaconda install disk so anaconda project would be a
better place to maintain it. What if anaconda changed its ISO image
layout?
