Coming Tuesday: Fedora 32 Beta

Hi everyone,

I just added a card[1] for the Fedora 32 Beta release, which drops
Tuesday. I'm going to try to get it this done this weekend, so if
someone can be ready for edit and image, that would be great.

The text LGTM, and I added an image. I noticed the links for
Workstation and Server download are the 31 GA links. If that's not
correct, I would recommend updating them before publication.

Thanks for the image, Paul! I confirmed with relrod that the images
are correct, so we're good to go. I didn't schedule it. I'll publish
manually to make sure the website update lands first. (relrod is
updating the yaml file right now in preparation)
