VS code Live Share plugin

Hi all,

The Live Share article is ready for review. Although I think we don't want
to publish it. I had the good idea to check the Live Share plugin source
code and it I found  out that it is not open source :( so I don't think we
want to publish this article.

Hi Petr,

We have indeed discussed this article during our weekly meeting, but I
think we forgot to come to you sorry about that. The overall feeling was
that the current article would be a better fit for the community blog since
it is targeting packagers. We also discussed the possibility to run the
release-bot in fedora infrastructure and have a follow up article on the
magazine.

Well,
It can be released as a community blog.
Using release-bot in fedora infrastructure is great apportunity also for
us. Go ahead.
