[fedora-my] Need suggestion : attendee limit for FUDPub/Dinner
Ok,
As a BBQ is very difficult to manage in this short timeframe, there's
suggestions to use a private dinner format instead of a BBQ ..
However, for dinner, it might make sense to reduce the number from our
current estimate of 75/80 to some lower number which fits some of this
criteria
1 - number must be more than total number of core organizers and total
number of volunteers
2 - number must be realistic, that we are sure that all who are
invited to attend the dinner, will attend.
3 - number*costperhead must not cause cost increment
We will produce some sort of access pass/invitation card for those who
are invited to attend this dinner and it will be given away during
fudcon.
