Fedora-web is no more. Fedora Infrastructure now has more than
sufficient internal capacity to handle serving those pages, so it was
removed from the mirrors.

fyi. I am still trying to get to the mirror of the fedora web, but it
is giving me
a chroot error returned from remote end. Is this still needed/wanted?
