Open query with all threads expanded?

Dear all,

I would like to do a notmuch search, using <Esc>+X and have all
threads expanded. How can one do such a process? I have tried to tag
all messages after the query using

 T.*<Enter>

And then

  ;+

But it does not work.

Has someone and idea of how to proceed?

You can use the <entire-thread> command, but it works for the current
email, or you can use

 &type=threads 

in your query (for <Esc>+X). The mutt evaluates the query as URL, for
example:

  "tag:foo &type=threads"
