Moving emails after applying labels/tags

Are there any problems (in mutt-kz) with moving emails/messages to 
different IMAP folders after applying labels/tags?  Details:

Did you try it?  AFAIR, it should "just work", but I don't move emails
often enough to give you a definite answer.
