#1637: deltarpms not working since rawhide was signed

s stated by Jonathan Dieter in the bug below, deltarpms are mucking
up rawhide updates right now because the drpms were created before the
packages were signed, and the signed versions don't match the deltarpm
reconstructed versions. For me at least, this is causing a problem
because I'm not using a mirrorlist right now (too many problems with
metalink mismatches). So when yum fails to accept the drpm-patched
package, the yum update just fails outright because there are no more
mirrors to get the full updated package from.
Is there anything that can be done on the infastructure side as
proposed below?

This is not a deltarpm bug or a yum-presto bug, but rather an
Infrastructure bug. The deltarpm was created before the target rpm
was gpg signed. So it does indeed build to a valid rpm with exactly
the same data as the downloaded rpm, but without the signature.
Because it's not exactly the same file, yum refuses to use it and
redownloads the full (signed) rpm (which is what it should do).
The infrastructure should either delete and regenerate drpms after the
rpm signatures have changed or they should use the code fragment from
https://fedorahosted.org/koji/ticket/38#comment:3 to attach rpm
signatures to deltarpms.
Not sure how to reassign to Infrastructure.

Please tag wesnoth-1.6.1-2. Debuginfo fix. Risk is negligible, and
wesnoth is *huge*, so saving one day-one update is worth it, IMHO.

The patch in gnome-media-2.26.0-2.fc11 to fix alignment of sliders broken
the sliders on the application tab. This build has an improved patch that
fixes the sliders on all tabs. Risk is low, this is just tweaking some
widget alignments.

Delta fixes:
- don't delta source or debuginfo
- check sigs so that we don't ship deltas for packages that have since
been resigned, which won't work (releng ticket #1637)
Tested on a small set of packages.

Please tag for F11. It fixes
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=495738 which is on F11Blocker.
The problem here was that the greeter is registering with the session-
manager, but doesn't actually do all the things that a well-behaved
session client is expected to do.

Following the CUPS-1.3.10 security update for Fedora 9 and 10, two bugs
have been discovered in the handling of CVE-2009-0164 (DNS rebinding
attack).
The first is that when a ServerName directive is given in cupsd.conf, this
is not seen as a valid alias for the Host: field in incoming connections,
which are consequently refused.
The second is that, in some circumstances, "::1" would be given as the
Host: value, but this was not accepted.
The Fedora 9 and 10 packages containing these two fixes are currently in
testing, and I have verified the fixes myself. The patches have been
reported upstream but with no feedback yet.
The F-11 package cups-1.4-0.b2.15.fc11 also includes another small fix for
build determinism, made a few days ago, which makes no change on existing
builds but will prevent future rebuild problems: to specify --with-
pdftops=pdftops, so that poppler's /usr/bin/pdftops program is used in
preference to ghostscript when available. The build requirements and
configure script defaults make this the case anyway.
Please pull this package into Fedora 11.

Fixes bugzilla 497681, in which it was pointed out that fuseiso needs a
manual dependency on fuse (since fuse split into fuse && fuse-libs, only
the latter is autodetected). No code change.
