It looks like the referenced pull requests are all merged.
@cverna confirmed that work is happening now to pull latest upstream into Fedora.
The current status to get this into F28 is yellow due to having to work through multi-arch
issues and some ongoing scoping of the actual work. @cverna as this becomes clearer
please let us know so Project Management can adjust the plans as needed.
The other open question: who owns https://github.com/release-engineering ?
