gtkspell3, interesting, I do indeed see:

but,
koji latest-pkg f19-updates gtkspell3 => gtkspell3-3.0.3-1.fc19 (f19 tag)
and gtkspell3-3.0.3-2.fc19 is still tagged f19-updates-testing
bookkeeper wierd, looks tagged ok, don't see anything obviously wrong
