[releng] Issue #8460: Add default profiles for avocado streams currently without them (f30)

The `avocado` module in F30 currently has two streams (`52lts` and `69lts`) without
default profiles specified.
* When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)
* When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)
* If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
Users will always have to manually specify a specific installation profile when installing
the `avocado:52lts` or `avocado:69lts` module streams for F30.
