we are now using different and consistent arm builders. not a mix of
ssd and spinning disk. I have removed sending builds to the eclipse channel.
Thanks, I am attempting to just re-bootstrap to fix problem 2. A bit time-consuming, but
hopefully will fix the buildroot.
