Settng DPI on gdm and Sessions

Is there a way to set the DPI setting for GDM, and thus the X sessions called from it, without changing this in the individual user profiles? On one system I have, F11 gdm was automatically set to 120DPI, which looked absolutely hideous at 1440X900 resolution. On another system, it set itself automatically to 94DPI, which looked better, but not ideal. I'd really like the default on both to be 96DPI (or perhaps 100DPI). How do we do this, or are we just simply at the mercy of whatever gdm decides to do? Preupgrade problem

Hi. I'm currently running F10 on x86_64 and thought I'd try an upgrade to F11/rawhide. I think I used preupgrade to go from F9 to F10, and it worked fine. This time, it downloaded images and tons of packages, then died with this output: ... Installation of presto with huge dependencies

Hello, fresh Installation from F11 “Preview Release" with rawhide repo enable during installation. After first boot try to install presto. repo issue

hi, I was wondering why there are some packages in updates-testing repo of F11 and still that repo is not enabled in clients. Or if they are intended to be pushed to updates repo, why the updates repo is not enabled. Best , Adrin.

Different problem with preupgrade

preupgrade appeared to run successfully for me earlier today. I eventually rebooted the machine, and it seemed to go through normal-looking anaconda things. After a brief time, I got to a screen where I wasn't able to scroll back more than a few lines, and the install had died. The final message was that I could safely reboot (and thankfully, I could go back to a working F10 kernel). I wrote down a few of the last lines, since I can't find a log: File "/usr/lib/anaconda/storage/devicetree.py", line 1108, in addUdevDiskDevice if device.partedDisk.type == "mac" and len(device.partedDisk.partitions) == 1 AttributeError: 'NameType' object has no attribute 'type' install exited abornmally [1/1] Formatting is probably a bit off there. There was more to the backtrace, but I hope that's enough to point someone in the right direction. Again, I have a x86_64 (not mac!), trying to preupgrade from an updated F10 to F11/Rawhide. Let me know if any additional info would be helpful.
