So the situation is that a company like Novell has the money to deal with any lawsuits that could arise because of Mono, but Red Hat can't risk it?
Is there a serious effort on Red Hat's part to deal with the issues surrounding Mono or have they given up for the meantime?

fedora extras is under the same legal restrictions as fedora core.
