I am having the same issue but with different rpms. Cleaned the cache and downloaded everything again several times but always identical issue.
Will post log entries and further analysis later when I am back at my desk.

Taken literally, I would take that to mean it can't open the file. The next line says the checksum doesn't match. But yes, I also wonder why it didn't get downloaded the first time since it should be the same data that it made the original transaction out of.
