I'm still working on the replacement for qadevel, unfortunately.
I've turned the old instance back on while I wrap up the rest of the work. Migrating data over is the easy part and I wish I would have thought of this sooner.
There will be another ~ 30-60m outage when I have the new machine ready for data migration.

The outage is taking a bit longer than I had hoped - other production systems going down during the outage didn't help :)
I'm still working on this and will send out an email when it's done.

I realize this is a little last minute but there's no telling how much longer the current auth system will continue to work.
I'm planning to take qadevel down (phabricator, some docs etc.) tomorrow so that I can finally replace it with an instance that has working auth among other improvements.
This is going to be a rather large change and I expect that it will take at least 4 hours. If this is going to be a huge problem, please let me know soon.
The big changes will be:
new hostname *.qadevel.cloud.fedoraproject.org will become *.qa.fedoraproject.org
better cert handling no more errors when http:// is used
new auth system using fedora systems, no longer relying on persona
newer version of phabricator
lots of other boring changes under the hood :)
