Ntpd should be loaded so network time can work, but isn't.
ntpd hasn't been used since F17. chronyd is now used.
I loaded ntpd when F18 wasn't keeping time. Now I disabled ntpd. Will check if chronyd works.
FWIW, I installed TC2 and enabled "Network Time" in both the setup and first boot phases and chronyd was enabled and running. The only extra effort needed was to reset the Time Zone after logging in since it didn't stick.
