The previously reported problem of a PCI ethernet board losing transmit interrupts is still present in fc7t4 x86_64 kernel 3116. The last good kernel was 2869, to which I have reverted.
Interestingly, this bug appears to be machine independent, affecting recent 386 fc6 kernels as well as the fc7 x86_64 kernel.

It'd help if you mentioned which ethernet card you're talking about, or gave a link to the previous report. Especially if the previous report includes a bugzilla reference.
