Which component do I report on? System hangs after a while.

If I leave my laptop up and running and let the screensaver kick in then
quite often after some time it will freeze completely. No reaction to
any key presses, except a long press on the power button.

What info should I collect so I can find out what is happening? And
which fedora component to file a bug on, of course.

Start by stating which version of Fedora, which desktop, and what laptop
model you are using. Note that if your Fedora version is F10 or F11,
it's probably more appropriate to post to fedora-list (not
fedora-test-list). Also, versions earlier than F10 are no longer
supported.

Gnome/Compiz/Cairo dock. My screensaver is 'blank'.

HP EliteBook 2530p with 4GB RAM and 80GB SSD

There are some bugs with OpenGL (compiz) on intel graphics, but I find
it odd it would manifest itself only when the system is locked.
