Dear testers,
I still have the same problems with beta-tc2 as with beta-tc1:
I installed f20-beta-tc2 (netinst.iso, with gnome as desktop) in VirtualBox! The installation is well performed, but no boot into gdm login (hangs in black screen).
Workaround: Boot into runlevel 3, then say "init 5". The gdm login appears, and I can login!.
Problem: I can't logout from the gnome3 session. Missing menu entry. gnome-session-quit helps.
Additional problem: Choosing german keyboard as default during installation, but a tty login does not recognize my password after first booting (z/y problem for example). "loadkeys de" helps.
The gdm login runs properly (no passwd problems, no y/z problem).
Kind regards
Joachim Backes
64 bit netinstall with about 2700 packages successful on two machines. Netinst UEFI boot cannot access hard drives.
Users and Groups does not work from Xfce, either from menu or program search.

Are they UEFI?
Netinst UEFI boot cannot access hard drives.
I don't know what that means. I just did an EFI netinstl and it saw and installed to my hard drive just fine. You need to provide more information.

One machine does not have UEFI. The newer one has optional UEFI. TC2 netinstall worked normally when booted without UEFI.

Well that would sorta implicate your firmware that drives are missing in action in UEFI mode, and are visible in CSM-BIOS mode.
Is the firmware at the most current version? What does "cannot access hard drives" mean exactly? Can you put /tmp/storage.log somewhere?

That's a known bug - https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=879922
Workaround is fairly simple.
echo "StartupNotify=true" >> /usr/share/applications/system-config-users.desktop
