No, the kernel currently in the frozen set is kernel-4.18.12-300.fc29,
though kernel-4.18.13-300.fc29 is tagged as f29-updates-pending, so I
suppose if it ends up including any blocker or freeze-exception bugs,
that one could end up on the default install.
OK so this announcement "Fedora 29 will be releasing with 4.19" is not the
case. And the idea is to be ready for 4.19 maybe a few weeks after release,
using the usual debase process?
