I still hit this bug. Running F14 fully update till today.
Upon insertion of BT dongle:

Evolution does not crash in the mentioned conditions anymore.
I do still experience problems with sending emails through my MAPI account when
my network-card is in bridged mode.
Under that condition some outgoing emails can not be sent and remain in my
OUTBOX.
