I'm currently looking into how to create the missing cursors, but think it'd be
easier to chat with whoever designed the original ones, either to use the same
process they used to create them, or perhaps even to bribe them into whipping
up the missing ones.  ;o)

Does anyone know who originally created the animated Bluecurve cursors?
