I'm closing this. Results are the same on F13/F14/RHEL6 with the 2nd
attachment's testcase:

-O0 == 0
-01 and higher = 1

The original issue is about bool conversions to int values other than 0 or 1,
so
that seems resolved.

This isn't a bug, but rather undefined behavior, see #3.
