cvs diff back-ldbm.h  dblayer.c upgrade.c

Files:
  ldap/servers/slapd/back-ldbm/back-ldbm.h, dblayer.c, upgrade.c

Description:
  merged the proposed fixes from comment #1, #3, and #4.
  back-ldbm.h: added LDBM_VERSION_62
  dblayer.c: fixed a bug to check the instance dir name
  upgrade.c: added LDBM_VERSION_62, with the action DBVERSION_NO_UPGRADE as Ulf
suggested.
