Logistics and monetary issues sorted out

Hello everyone, about the event we have comming up, please note that
security, venue, and other logistics has been sorted out besides those
requested earlier in our mail. An update will be made public via our
website http://www.bensoftent.com and Fedora community mailing list or
website thank you.
 Also, a minimum of atleast 500 people from the local I.T industry, Banks,
schools the general public and other parastatals are expected to attend.
