We are actually formalizing the Logic Model for the University Initiative right now with
the help of the Fedora Design Team. You can find that ticket and the requisite files
associated with it here: https://fedorahosted.org/design-team/ticket/405

Right now, the "resources" section does not match directly to the
"outcomes" section, so we're reworking the content within the .ods
spreadsheet attached to the ticket.

We're hoping to have not just the content, but the layout for the EDU Initiative's
Logic Model Completed by November. We're working to create something re-usable, like a
template, so that moving forward, objectives have a common planning/budgeting process, as
well as a common framework for displaying and explaining/conveying an Objective's
inputs and outputs.

Yes, this is def the place where we can use the most help. You've been following the
commops/mktg thread about the release announcement, but that is somewhere you can def
help. We've forked the Beta Release Announcement, and it still needs much polish and

Awesome. I have all these pages marked and will be going through
everything over the next couple of days. I will definitely be keeping a
close eye on this for sure!

Okay, great. So looking through this and in terms of changing how we
deliver the release announcement, are we wanting to "outsource" some of
the meatier technical info to their own separate wiki pages / other
sources or is this still going to be the proper place for them? I know
we recently started using the FedMag for release announcements, so I'm
curious if we want to try to tell the "story" on the magazine and keep
the technical details to the wiki? I'm not sure of the full context /
other discussion about what the plans are to the release notes or what
kind of change we're wanting to do with them.

I've seen that page - is there anything in particular that would be
useful for me to add to that page? I could add information about me
being at RIT as a contact, but I'm not sure if that page is intended to
be used as a whiteboard or not.

Already in progress for the ambassadors, hopefully I will be able to
join the ranks soon. :) And I will look into the hackathon ASAP!
