Note, I have access to the existing full list archives (mbox), and am
told this can be supplied to the mailmand archive script. I'm just
not sure if I'll have access to perform this, or if someone from
infrastructure has the power.
Yeah, it will need to be someone in the sysadmin-tools group, but it
should be quite doable.
