But these were returning packages that were Retired at least on one
branch. So for example:
was returned because it is retired on master, but it is still
maintained on EPE6 and EPEL7.
That's why the previous script I had was incorrect.
Also that brings up another point... since "Fedora EPEL" is it's own
component, we could close for bugs anything that has all active fedora
branches retired or all active epel branches retired.
