For the apprentice group, just ask on irc in #fedora-admin, someone can
get you added and point you to docs, etc.

For sysadmin groups, folks are added after they prove themselves as
apprentices (solve a bunch of tickets, show they will be around a while
and are patient, become known by the existing team, etc).
