I'm not sure what the best solution is, but here are some alternatives
1. Change the names of gcj packages, so that they don't match the

This seems like a really bad idea because it doesn't allow gcj
packages to provide dependencies for JPackages.
That's all I can think of for now. Perhaps others have ideas.
