is coming as command
line argument which could be anything.
Check the spec file at
line 119 or search for SNAPSHOT it will show up several times.

What make you believe it's snapshot version ?
It's using
http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/junit.git/tree/create-tarball.sh which
fetches
https://github.com/junit-team/junit/archive/r4.11.tar.gz (aka 4.11
release) and cleans it.
