Greetings,
----- Original Message -----
Between these two bugs:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=626780
And the anaconda/NetworkManager bug that makes the install from
live-iso die in the middle - which I can't find the bugzilla reference
for at the moment...
...the suspect packages include udev, squashfs-tools, NetworkManager,
anaconda, and kvm. Man, this has devolved into a complicated mess. :(
Ok, wait. I just updated to the kernel that came out as an update for Fedora 13
yesterday. Updated my build system and rebooted to that new kernel. Now the
livecd-creator is failing to build the .iso. It gets all the way to the end where it is
counting down the percent of the iso it is done writing. I tried twice. The first time
got to 48% done before it failed. The second time got to 89% then failed. The error
message is:
genisoimage: No space left on device. cannot write 32768*1
/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/imgcreate.py:45: DeprecationWarning:
BaseException.message has been deprecated as of Python 2.6
return unicode(self.message)
Error creating Live CD : ISO creation failed!
I appear to have plenty of free space on the build systems hard drive and the image size
I'm using for the build is "part / --size 8072 --fstype ext4" and I
don't think I'm running out of space there either.
So, if you can get it to build, and if you can get it to boot (not on KVM), it won't
install. Ouch.
TYL,
