Sorry for the late response to this. I'm not happy with the result, but i made some editing to this article. I hope it can be looked and commented soon. I think that if we are going into a python learning articles, the better way should be leave the article just in What is pyhton? and leave tips and technical stuffs (e.g. virtual environments) in other articles, and start a serie.
