nm_record = yes
forces mutt-kz to add sent messages to nomtmuch DB, if
nm_record_tags = <list of the tags>
are specified than the tags are also used for the messages. So if
you want to see the messages, you have to use the tags in the query:
For example I use:
nm_record = yes
nm_record_tags = -inbox me archive
and URI
notmuch:///home/kzak/Mail/Maildir/?query=tag:me
returns all the messages.
For example (Esc)X, command vfolder-from-query, for string "tag:me".
Yes, that is what I tried.
set nm_record=yes
set nm_record_tags = "-inbox archive me"
$ notmuch search tag:me
thread:000000000004578e Fri. 22:34 [1/1] Selene Scriven; nm_record=yes (archive me)
Then in mutt-kz, if I do a vfolder-from-query "tag:me", I get no
results at all. notmuch:///home/selene/mail?query=tag:me
Using the old mutt-notmuch helper on F8 (builds a read-only
maildir of symlinks to matching messages), I can see the
messages... but not if I use mutt-kz's vfolder-from-query.
So, as far as I can tell, the messages get added to notmuch and
are indexed, because I can find the messages by tag or by content
via notmuch itself or the mutt-notmuch helper. But
vfolder-from-query can't see them for some reason.
I haven't come up with a plausible explanation yet, but I haven't
looked at the code yet either.
